In 2010 the firm Petr Kožený s.r.o., which operates the Marina Vltava in Nelahozeves as part of the services provided to the boating public, renewed the operation of a shipyard founded in 1941 on the left bank of the Vltava near the village of Staré Ouholice.The shipyard has been a separate company – Loděnice Vltava s.r.o. – since 1 January 2012
Shipyard offers especially the construction and repairs of vessels, grounding of vessels and their launching, metalworking, locksmithing and lathe work, off-season and long-term storage of vessels.We will also provide sandblasting, metallization and paint coating.
The construction of the shipyard has not been finished by a final inspection of its buildings and equipping its workshops.Preparatory work for the construction of a boat lift for boats of up to 50 m in length and up to 300 tons in displacement has been started.The lift capacity will be sufficient for most boats floating along the Vltava.
We also expect that you yourselves would like to carry out the repairs and maintenance of your vessels at our shipyard.We offer connection to the power source, sanitary facilities, and warehouse space for storing material and equipment.We are able to provide work in a workshop, such as sheet-metal cutting and bending, we will provide special services to engine specialists, electricians, etc.
